Welcome to Partners in Learning (PALS).

This workspace is dedicated to the Partners in Learning Project, which is a Grundtvig Learning Partnership project aimed at promoting learning among adults in local communities through the use of Learning Circles.

The participating countries are France, Portugal, Romania and United Kingdom.
